I have (to my understanding) set up auto attendant correctly but no matter what I try it does not work.
Any suggestions or easily missed options?

Hello, I have recently been tasked with reconfiguring a companies phone system.
They have got a professionally recorded message that they want only to play after 12 rings on the main (public) number but only between 9 and half 5.
I can't find the relevant settings in BCM or CallPilot manager...
