We are installing 1608 and 1616 IP phones on a IP-Office 500v2 (9.0.400.137)
where the name doesn`t appear in the display.
Display Name Preference is ticked in the system config, but the name doesn`t show in the display.
One can manually set this funksion on the set, but it won`t appear...
A costumers system has two Avaya 1608 deskphones with the same problem.
periodically when answering a call the deskphone continues ringing after lifting off the handset.
One of the Phones has been changed out, but the problem was still there.
Is there anyone out there that has experienced this...

I have a costumer with IP DECT system and some Siemens Gigaset handsets and some Avaya 3720 handsets.
The Avaya sets are woring fine, but the Gigaset handsets are not roaming from one base to another.
Is there any way to get this to work?

I hav a install with 9.1 and I am trying to get Audio Codecs MP-112/2fxs to work.
I have previously installed it on 8.1 and 9.0 and it havent been any problems.
Is there something I am missing on 9.1??

I have set up a server edition system with primary, secondary server and eight expansion systems.
When doing changes on one of the expansion systems via manager software the validation freezes when saving/merging.

I am having problems with short sound dropouts. The system: IPO 500v2, UC-module with VM-pro, SIP trunk(from Phonect(Norway)), IP phones 9608 + 1608. Users connect their computers via the Phones lan jack.
The problems can some times be worse than others.

If a call goes straight to reciever, the call is just fine. But if the caller is placed in queue and gets the queue announcement the sound is gone when the reciever picks up the call. Without the announcements it works fine.
What is the problem here.
I have a problem with internal calls.
When calling internally with the extn. number only (here 5 digits) the call sets up and works fine.
BUT if I call internally using the full public number (8 digits)the call sets up, but there is no sound either way.
