Has anyone come across any basic call centre system that not Xima/ACR?
We need a system that agents can take note about the calls they receive or make, show up if they call back in again etc.

I have seen various post regarding conference chair/host, announcing name, conference start only when chair joins.
Is there an option that the chair can join/start the conference from any extension? Our customer want to be able to start the conference from any meeting room that free, yes...
I don't think this is possible, but wanted to confirm!

Call come in, if the customer know the number, they can either answer it or they want to be able to send that call to an auto attendant.

we recently change the IP of the application server, all works fine, however the outlook plugin IP keep reverting back to the old IP.
Even we after we change, log out log back in OK, the next day the old IP is back in.
