................but NICE does not see them. How do I restart the AES Services ?
What happens when a user has a bridged appearance they out them on hold it hangs up instead or when they transfer them back to her it sends them automatically to voicemail without ringing ?
I setup EC500 for an extension and setup the off-PBX Mapping but when I call........it says...........you have reached a non working number an when it is activated and I test it and when it is deactivate it, it works normal. It is a 2410 (If that means anything)

We have a few users that when they log onto their AVAYA OneX and go into AUX, they immediately get logged off or when they come back from lunch (15-30 minutes) ,it automatically logs them off.

The problems I am having is that we have a CM 6.1 , and a few times, when someone press 1, It passes that digit to the next vector, and uses that digit for the option choice
in the 2nd vector and transfers the call.
I did put a SET command at the beginning of the 2nd vector...
