I have a user who when they access the call log on a 3904, it asks for a administrative password. I could have sworn I have asked/searched this before but I cant find anything. Anyways, I know there is a LD to go into to have this removed from the handset, just need a refresher on that process...
I am able to build a 500 on the TN but I receive no dial tone. But the card in the shelf still shows a Red Alarm, as if the card is disabled or not equipped. Thanks for any help!

So apparently we have been copying TNs to save time and it had a RPNG of 999. Now I have more than a few hundred users on this group, a few who randomly decided to see what pickup button was and started intercepting phone calls. Would this be in the same ld (ld 81), where you would do the list...
Had a power surge and took out our NET cards. Need to know what LD and CMD is to PRT the NET card to find out which NET card is going to which LOOP and SHELF. I have tried most resources and no such luck. Thanks
