User Ext: 7001- 7090
Hunt-group Ext: 8888
Hunt-group member: 1001- 1008
How could I remove the caller ID of the user once he call the hunt-group 8888 and route to the ext 1001-1008.
Once the call routed to 1001-1008 it will not display the caller ID of the user.

We have Avaya CM, Avaya AES and NRX voice recording.
When the agent login on the recorded ext using its login agent ID. The AgentID of the agent is not reflected on recorded calls in NRX.

The issue is when the user which is register on NR2 call on NR5 which in the branch are encounter call choppy. But from the other network region is working fine.
