Looks like the hospitality licensing does not migrate? When calling NTAC to ask if they had a list of what does/doesn't migrate, even they didn't know. So it's a shot in the dark here, but does anyone know? Or where I can find documentation of this? Thanks in advance.

Is there a way to turn off the stutter dial tone on digital sets when they have a missed call? Not a message-just a missed call?

My DIDs match my extensions. i.e. xxx-4550 rings x4550. But now when the DID is called, it rings another extension. I cannot find where to change it. Help! Thanks in advance.
This is what they want. After hours, reception manually puts system into night mode. They have an 800 number that they would like to ring a handful of sets after hours, then if not answered, return to reception/general delivery. How??? Thanks in advance. This is PRI, InMail.
Just installed a new sv9100. Remote location has 10 IP phones. Callers complaining of echo, choppy connections, etc. Carrier of course says not them. Are there codec/QOS setting somewhere that may need to be tweaked? Thanks in advance.
New install, upgraded to 1.80. All IP phones in system. Trying to get one to come up, the display reads "full port". Licensing is correct. Any ideas? Thanks in advance.
This is on an SV8100. Does anyone know the default IP address of the phones? They are the S2410 model. Looks like one defaulted but I can't get into the phone to see and/or configure it.
I have an IP phone at a remote location off of a BCM450. It is in a warehouse and they would like an external speaker connected to it? Is there a way to do it without opening up the phone? Or will that even work with an IP phone? Thanks in advance.
BCM450, R6. Suddenly, when random users attempt to login, they get a message on their display saying "mbox locked". I checked the COS, and they are all set to no expiry. I can't even find the ESPL anymore. Any other ideas?

I can't remember--can I just add an ASM8+ card to the BCM to get analog extensions? Or do I need keycodes? I am sure now they are hard to come by, haven't been able to find anything online. Thanks in advance.
Customer has a PRI that is constantly failing, so they are changing carriers. Is there anyway to have the new circuit as the primary, and if it fails, switch to either the other PRI or POTS lines?
I have a 201 in an old Opt 11. No idea the software level of the CP as now upon reboot, the status window cycles through the boot process, then says "warn" then "fail". Can I just take the hard drive and the media cards and dongle out and put them in/on a new 201i card? Or am I going to run into...
I have a BCM450 R6 with Contact Center. When I am logged in as a supervisor, I press F905, I then press OK to be logged into Skillset 1, I enter the agent ID to monitor, then OBSV. The display shows "IDLE" and a timer. When it changes to "BUSY", I do not hear anything. Any help would be appreciated.
