    Mitel 3300 direct to voicemail not working with nupoint

    call reroute always to voicemail does not work. Here is the call flow. Incoming calls goes to AA, select option 1 and then select submenu option 1 (HG 5555). HG 5555 is call reroute always to MB 2222. when selecting submenu 1, it does not go to MB 2222 but instead, it says welcome to message...

    Prairiefyre login issue from another subnet

    I have an issue where I can't ping the Prairiefyre server from data subnet and can't log into it using web browser from data subnet but I can RDP to it from a data subnet. Is this a network issue or a setting need to be enable in the prairiefyre server?

    call forward hunt group to information mailbox, info greeting doesn't pickup

    I have setup a hunt group and reroute it always to information mailbox but it doesn't play the infomation mailbox greeting, it says "thank you for calling, enter the person you would like to reach". Is there a way to setup so that it plays the infomation mailbox greeting? Thanks
