    Expert Mode Changing Line Keys

    Does anyone know how to change the line keys for a station on an optipoint 500? For example I have a rollover line that goes to 2135. I would like to make that a line key that points to 5252. If anyone has any guidance, it would be appreciated. Nick

    Previous numbers that existed before the Hipath

    Currently, I have some physican offices that had numbers that existed before the installation of our Hipath phone system; such as XXX-7376, which gets forwarded to 5480 which is a DID on the Hipath. Where can I find where this is located in expert mode? Best Regards, Nick

    Hipath 4000 error - This station does not support key layouts (28045)

    VADSU Alarm Snapshot indicates Maintenance Note / Major / Central / BPA with error number 29. It will reappear in a few minutes after clearing the alarm, but the phone system seems functional other than not being able to make any key layout changes. Thanks, Nick
