    Voice mail will not "beep"

    Anyone calls our main number and after 4 rings the call goes to voice mail. The caller hears the announcement. But, then the caller is supposed to hear the "beep" to start recording.     Our users wanted to add an incoming 800 number to our existing Merlin Magix. They want the 800 number to ring on extension 162 at the receptionist desk. How do I assign the 800 number to that extension? Thanks
