Newbie here hoping for some advice:
We have a 4 line system with VMS. Extensions run from 11-18.
When line 1 is in use, the automated voicemail will not pickup regardless of what extension is in use.
I know this may be a beginner question, but i've spent 3 hours on this and i'm about spent...
