    For over 1000 extensions(DDI numbers) we have got common number as CLI,for example if anybody makes a outgoing call from any department the CLI number is the same.Can you please help so that we can setup CLI for every DDI number.Thanks in advance

    I/O Device board blocked

    How can we physically(device)restore md110 after power outage

    Almost after everypower outage the system(MD110) needs to be resetted.I would like to know which device on the Lim to reset.I know that we check the power and rectifier.I just wanna know which connected card. Thanks

    Power problem

    Our system(Md 110) goes off when there is power outage and this makes REL2 to be invalid and updated information tend to revert back.My question is do we have to purchase/replace the power supply for md110 or is there any explanation for this problem Thanks in advance
