For over 1000 extensions(DDI numbers) we have got common number as CLI,for example if anybody makes a outgoing call from any department the CLI number is the same.Can you please help so that we can setup CLI for every DDI number.Thanks in advance

After power outage one lim was off and we encountered the cuttinng of calls during conversation(on all lims).We restarted the system and it came up.When we do the dumping the system shows that I/O device board blocked.

Almost after everypower outage the system(MD110) needs to be resetted.I would like to know which device on the Lim to reset.I know that we check the power and rectifier.I just wanna know which connected card.

Our system(Md 110) goes off when there is power outage and this makes REL2 to be invalid and updated information tend to revert back.My question is do we have to purchase/replace the power supply for md110 or is there any explanation for this problem

I am not much familiar with md110 and i need help regarding operators.we have got about five operators and they have to be configured to category that enable them to receive calls and not call outside and also enable them to call to extensions.
