Does anyone know how to get this to work? We've tried the CRA with digit trans and # to use company directory. When you call in and press #, spell the name and press # again, it takes you (always) to the first extension (administrator). Anybody know what we are missing????
Is there any way to change the blinking while on a call to solid? I have a customer complaining that on call, and incoming call are too similar.

Scenario: All lines answered by Reception. When she's on a call, she only gets an alert for the next incoming call. Is there a way to make a "repeat" alert, or, better still, make the call ring on her set until it forwards to AA?

Can you, from the Administrator Mailbox (199), reset a password of another subscriber? If so, where might I find those instructions? On other Mitel products, this can be done from the Admin Mailbox, with option 2 to edit mailboxes.

Dee was set up on an IP system, however, these people are NOT using IP sets. They were established using an IP license and DEE, so if someone dials their extension or DID, it rings twice on the non existant set, and goes directly to their cell. However, when they power off their cell at night...

Have a Mitel 200AX with PRI 12 channels. A menu option is Press 1 and needs to go to an outside 800#. We have created a phantom number with forward always to a Abbreviated Dial number. It won't go out, yet you can call the phantom from any phone and it will go....just not from the Auto...

Problem: They require a "panic" button that the patient will be unaware the Dr is pressing. It would ring a predetermined extension and display the extension that is in "panic" mode.
Is this possible without any external equipment?

Has anyone figured out how to program or trick the system so that there is a release/hang up key, rather than setting down the handset or hitting the switchook to end a call?
