I am new to Avaya and I am needing to know how to access the 46xxx=settings.txt I have a TFTP service running on my laptop but how do I get to the 46xxsettings? I ahve looked on the Embedded SD card files and do not see it. Go ahead and tell me this is IPO 101.- scisystems

NCP 500 VPN Issues
I have a client with a NCP 500 and I have one KX-NT343 working at a remote location over a VPN. They currently have SonicWall TZ-200 routers at both ends with ping times around 40-50ms. But they are experiencing call quality issues. Any ideas?- scisystems
