Nortel CICS 7.1 external call forward problem
I am working with a client that needs to be able to have an extension forward to a cell phone. I have setup the route, destination code, etc... accordingly. The issue is that it doesn't forward just the extension, it forwards all incoming calls. It really isn't making a lot of sense at this...- zardoz001b
