    Having a in issue with auto-answer? Intercom?

    When a user calls, the phones (1416) beeps twice and right away puts the call on speakerphone. Therefore allowing the caller to hear whatever is going on in the room. Is this an issue with the intercom, with the internal auto-answer or the calling party?

    Disabling music on hold when in hunt group

    I'm having this issue where as soon as a caller is transferred to a hunt group , he automatically hears the music on hold instead of a ringing. I would like the system to keep ringing and never allow for music on hold.

    Music On Hold: AV tech supplied it on a CAT5 cable

    Hi, Working on a IP Office 500 v2. The Audio Video guys left a coiled CAT5 cable labeled Paging and MOH. Is there a solution to turn that one pair supplying the MOH to a 3.5mm jack that would work with the IP Office. Can I make it myself? Thank you.

    Troubleshooting BCM50 Expansion

    Hi guys, I recently ran across a faulty BCM50. There are 2 cabinets, the main BCM50 and an expansion housing. So far, every telephone pair on the BCM50's amphenol are working. The 2 others amphenols connected to the expansion are dead. I want to see if the expansion is faulty. Thanks.
