    Have a merlin legend r4.2 processor went bad, the only back up is on the pcima card. Is there any way to move or copy to r6 or r7 processor

    on incoming calls set to answer after 3 ring to table 1 sometimes answer with correct greeting sometimes calls goes into random mailboxes. The phones have the co lines programmed as buttons on phones. The phones are programmed for cfan 4 rings
