we have a big problem with some 1603phones of my company,
THE PHONE reboot continuously , it displays ha1603ua1_2200.bin and after it restarts without stop.
the 1603 IP phones are not working properly, we changed their update from 1.2.2 to 1.3.5 (new upgrade16xx with settings46xx updated) and when we restarts the phones it keeps the old version that same not been found in the HTTP server and does not download the new update,

we have some 1608 phones stop working
it appears that this users had disconnect their phones during downloading the new update.
is there a method to resolve this problem ... it's a shame to lose a phone for the simple reason!!!!!
