I accidentally powered off a 5224 phone on boot and now it won't boot. It is in enhanced SIP Mode and worked fine. It says "booting SIP" and then "starting" and immediately goes to a blank screen. I have tried resetting the phone with no luck.
Any ideas?

Would there possible be a way for managers to monitor calls of users of an Avaya Partner ACS R8 system? For example, could they enter the call without the "conference" indication appear? Or could they have all calls be recorded on a computer?
