After restart of CUCM, transfer key no longer appears on 8841 phones? Looked at softkeys and everything looks correct, any suggestions would be appreciated.
I am trying to forward users extensions to their cell phone without actually have a physical phone on site. Can this be done through a translation table or call route in CUCM ?

I am trying to replace a defective 7841 set which only has one line on it with a 7821 but want to keep the same number. Do I have to delete the 7841 set first and then just rebuild the 7821 with the existing number? Any help would be appreciated.

Some users have an "unavailable message" on their Cisco phones sometimes, they are also saying that they are left messages by customers that can not be retrieved. Any Help would be appreciated as I can not duplicate the trouble.
I have a 7841 that was working but stopped, phone just says searching for network. I reset the phone to factory settings and reprogrammed, phone worked fine for a day, today phone is not working, just says unprovisioned. I am not able to reset it to the factory settings now, any suggestions?

Have a compact ICS that is set to go to the CCR tree after 4 rings, for some reason calls are going to intercom 21's voice mail now instead of the menu. Everything seems to be programmed correctly? Any help would be appreciated.
When users call intercom 21 and the user does not answer the call will not go to voice mail? just rings and rings? any thoughts. The other phones on the system are working fine?
I am having trouble setting the alternate message for a inforamtion mailbox, I can record it but I don't see where it lets me activate it. Is this greeting possible on an information mailbox?
Mailbox 10 answers but does not allow callers to leave a messege, no beep, just tells callers they are exiting the system. Was working fine, all other voicemail boxes and options are working fine, does anyone have any thoughts?
