We had a couple users change their password on the communicator and ultimately locked themselves out. I've looked through the 46xxsettings file and (very well could have missed it) didn't see anything. Anybody know if there's a way to disable the ability for users to change their own passwords?

I've been able to use the exact same communicator with the same fqdn from internal and get full features. when going through asbce, it can make/receive phone calls but no presence or contacts. firewall isnt blocking anything. what am i missing?

Anyone know of a way to import the DID list twice so it can be exported, modified and re-imported? We're about to cut to an enterprise, redundant trunk that will require two sip lines with the same DIDs. There are over 1000 DIDs so any streamlining of this process would be great.
i've attempted to plug this phone into a standard home router (lab) and even statically assign it on a flat switch not connected to anything. cant even ping it even when static. is there anything else i can try before i just rma it?
we have a customer that is using a sip provider that includes the leading 1 in the invite. 1) is there a standard or a rule against this? 2) is there any way to strip it? It's causing issues with the contact center solution
