I have a micros e7 ws4xl currently running, I purchased an additional terminal (WS4)from ebay in working order hoping that I could simply update from pc and have running until I could find a key. fast forward 7 months. failed to retrieve newer definitions on this network / Failed to retrive all definitions from WS01
I have e7 v2.7 running and recently bought a new PC with Windows 7. I transferred the software across and tried to retrieve all definitions from WS01, but i keep getting the above messages.Both systems show as having an active connection to each other but today i can't complete the EOD process...- o1raul
