I need to call reout a number that does not exist in user configuration but yet under call rerouting assignment it shows up their. Any ideas where i can find this number in mitel its an anologue line.

Our company is closing and was wandering if I can create a generic voice mail message that I can push to all phones in our company. If possible how can I do this I was thinking about call forwarding every extension to a specific number however this would pose problems.
Deleted analogue extension and plid. Used same extension and programmed a voip phone (Mitel 5330). As soon as i boot up phone MWI light is flashing no messages. My belief is that the analogue extension has a message waiting but beings it was never deleted its stored somewhere but i cannot find it.
