BCM 50 restarting
I have a bcm50 release6 that keeps resetting once a week. I have replaced the power supply moved the power cord,updated the system to the most current update and it's still powering down. I am thinking hardrive. But am not sure. I don't want to see the customer pay for something that doesn't...- wstn77

bcm450 dropped calls
I have a bcm 450 that we have been troubleshooting with provider for the last past 10 months. They randomly get dropped calls only when they get busy. The calls were only being dropped originally in the acd. Now it happens all the time. When the call gets dropped it usually says normal...- wstn77
