    Agent Login-ID Duplication

    I recently add a few login ID's, i used the duplicate command, problem is in CMS those agents that were added using duplicate command displays the same extension number as the source agent that i used during the duplication. Thanks in advance!

    IP Agent Unable to login

    Hi Sirs, Im getting an error when logging in to IP Agent, i was able to login using the station number then when i enter the agent-ID, im getting an error that says "Your call could not be completed. Please try again" BTW, Agent is using VPN connection their PC to the PBX server. Thanks!
