Hi folks Firstly, not a Telco tech - just inherited an NEC SV8100 as part of my IT job. Hi folks Can anyone help with an odd problem? I am trying to sort out an SV8100 with UM8000 unit and the NEC handsets do not show a softkey Vsmg on the screen. I cannot get to voicemail either - it just rings with no pickup or no request to enter password. Any ideas? Thanks Glen- mouseworks37
