    missed call notification

    Hi, i have an issue with IPO500v2 8.0. missed call notification is not working properly. sometimes it will show the missed call in call logs sometimes it will NOT show. Can anyone help me to solve this issue. One more Question- Also If i want to upgrade from 8.0 to 8.1 it needs an upgrade license?

    when dial number frm (ip office 8.0) IP Phone it won't connect in 1st attempt, 2nd time it connets?

    when i dial number from (avaya ip office 8.0) IP Phone it will not connect in first attempt, when i dial again (2nd attempt)it is getting connected. can anyone help me to resolve this issue please?
