BCM 50 Needs "redirecting number" for Telco to allow forwarding
I have a BCM 50 using a PRI provided by Time Warner. When they open up the PRI to allow individual DID numbers to be sent as caller ID info, the PRI rejects outside calls that are forwarded from one of the desk phones to a cell because the system see the original caller ID as the "originator"...- phoneguyscott
