3300 MCD ACD reporting
We have just upgraded an SX2000 system to a 3300 at a large hotel. Reservations dept. has 3 paths chosen off the auto attendant. Those work OK but what is reported shows all calls going to the first path. Path numbers are 112, 113 and 114. The SMDR shows only P112 for any call. Is there...- miteltechman
