Overtime Calculations for Aloha POS and Tipped employees

Aloha - Command to grind past 7 days at EOD
I am looking for a simple way to grind the past 7 days at EOD. A similar request was made in http://www.tek-tips.com/viewthread.cfm?qid=1527920 but I don't see the commands listed.
