    System prompt not playing mailbox ID

    thread1553-1662308 I have a situation where one of my CallPilot servers is doing this same thing where it does not give the phone number or caller name. i have rerun wizard but it is still broken. I was wondering if wizard fixed your problem or if you found something else.
