    I am looking for a version 7.x feature document. Would anyone know the title or document number that I can download ? For example I needed to make a feature change to a 9608 and chose restrict last appearance. What document would list or give me an explanation about these telephone features?

    Can not pick up a line on hold from an Avaya 1165 to an Avaya B179 Sip conference phone.

    We have a BCM 50 4.0 and I was looking at CCR Tree 6 records.See attached.Is the report saying 165 calls were answered by home menu, 7 calls out of the 165 choose option 1, 116 callers chose option 2 ect.... I,m a little confused on the daily total calls. I can,t imagine there were 324 total...

    Windows 7 Telnet to Nortel 2245
