Hi All, Calls are being recorded to users mailbox folders, We cant open the files on the users folders, error is "windows media player cannot access the file" we have given everyone access to the folder

Voicemail pro directs outside calls to a user’s extension. Users would like the ability, where if they don’t pickup, the call forwards to another extension. If this is not picked up the user would like the call to go to to their voicemail. Can anyone assist?

I am using shortcode like this in ARS 00N;"@sip.voipbuster.com" this works fine for all users going out on line 17
when i add the same code on the user shortcode for line 18, user says it will not dial unless he pushes # after dialing a number beginning with 00
