Does anyone have any experience configuring an Audiocodes Mediant 500L SBC? If yes, can you pass on any guidance for setting up SIP trunks in it and communicating with an IPOffice 500v2?

Is it possible for original CID to be passed when doing an external transfer using two analog lines? ie. call comes in on Line 1, the user presses 1 for Emergency, IPO routes line 1 over Line 2 using Trunk to Trunk transfer. The client wants to be able to see the original CID.

Hi all,
I have a Viking Doorphone installed via an analog extension port. It works fine. Caller presses the button, group of phones ring and someone answers. The issue is when the call is finished and disconnected, I get a single ring back on the phones.
Anyway to stop that?
