Opt61C, 5.5 software.
I have one user that receives three short beeps whenever they pick up their handset to make a call. Originally there were on a 1140E, and we swapped to a M2616 yesterday with no difference. I'm assuming this is some notifier, but I'm not sure of what.
Any ideas?

Trying to find a quick answer as to why there is a limit to the amount of calls you can conference together on the PBX... this seems to be a hard limit for most phones systems, with six joined lines being the maximum. Is there a reason for that exact number? A legacy limitation, perhaps?

We have a user somewhere in our organization that continues to forward CallPilot messages to my mailbox, however I am unable to determine who that user (the one forwarding the messages) is. Software is running a 600r.
I do have access to the CDR records, and CallPilot reporter, if necessary...
M2616 set, with CLS SPV enabled - everything is working as expected, except the 'OBV' key. When attempting to use it, the user receives a 'release and try again' message. We've tried using both the Agent's ID and the login DN.
Is there another CLS that is required for this to work? Running on...
I'm currently building a 2616 for a new queue supervisor, and wanted to see if anyone has a recommended list of keys that would be useful for everyday tasks. I only have the standard ACD/ACNT/MSB/NRD keys on the set at this time. I know I'll need to add OBV, but was also looking at:

Is it possible to swap M7208 phones for T7208 and T7316 phones without programming/changing any settings in the BCM? I'm assuming I would need to change something for the 8 to 16 button phones... would I need to delete/readd them, or can I make a settings change to keep things up and running?
