Is there a way to test that the TVA is sending emails for the VM to email feature ? IT guys made a change and the service quit working. Wanted to prove to them the TVA's smtp service is working properly.

Is there a way to disable the private message option? Customers is saying that when the VMs are sent to a shared email box for the Nurses, it is not there once it is marked as private. It is only at the phone.
I believe that private VMs are not forwarded.

They are getting second dial tone when dialing 1 plus 800 numbers, or just 800. Internal at the HQ is fine, just the new remotes 9611Gs are having an issue.

The carrier claims they are not getting digits from the PBX on an outbound call. Site is getting busy signals after a 5 second or so pause after dialing.
Inbound is fine. Our test number today is 972-625-1100.

Site A wants to forward her DID call to Site B, and vice versa. She travels back and forth, so she is responsible for answering calls at both locations, depending on where she is at...

We have (3) DS 30 in the 500 V1. One had a higher s/w level than the other 8.1.69 boards. We performed the upgrade on that board only, to downgrade it to 8.1.69. It did not come back up. SS says not present for that board.

Is there a way make the TVA playback the recorded names in the directory? Right now it only plays the extension number. We have a large site who have a couple users with the same last name.

We installed CCR on a new 2008 Server.
In configuring new reports, we don't have the tabs up top that say Agent Summary, Agent Time Card etc..
Nor do we see our Agents or Queues in the target list. I am connected and running under system setting and status.

When we reboot the 9.0 IPO, any extensions that were moved using the login/logout feature, revert back to the old extension. How do we stop this?

I am getting complaints about the VM to email has stopped working. I reboot the TVS, and it starts working again.
The other complaint is that they get the emails days later, or miss the message altogether because they are relying to check them via email vs. on the phone.
I do see the message...
I have a hunt group with 3 members, that overflows to another group.
They want to remove the overflow, queue the calls, and then eventually go to one of the members mailbox. And not to the hunt group mailbox.
What is the best way to do this?
