I wonder if anyone has ever had to change the title for a given user. I'm talking about the title that shows next to the user's name, in the MiCollab desktop client's Corporate Contacts list.
The titles were added from the bup file when the users were created. I've looked around but...
Other than setting up call flow for each mailbox,
does anyone know of an end user friendly way of allowing callers to dial an extension number from a NuPoint mailbox ?

Unboxed yesterday a 6920, a 6930 and a 6940 and set them up on our telephone system.
Initially I was able to access the Advanced menu options, but after a while I got the following message:
"Administrator access is disabled" on all three models.
Has anyone run into this issue ?

I have a NuPoint 16.1.0.13 and I only get messages to forward to email if the message came from a phone that has a mailbox on the NuPoint. Messages from internal phones that don't have a mailbox on NuPoint and messages from external callers are not forwarded to email.

I have an instance of the Nortel 2050 softphone ver 2.6 installed on a Windows 7 64-bit laptop. It installed fine, and seems to work ok except I don't get voice audio on it. However, the phone rings when I call its extension. Has anyone seen this problem ?

I have a Mitel5000 rel. 5 and the IC directory shows the extension names twice.
I have programmed the "name" field for a phone with the person's first name and the "description" field with LastName, FirstName so the voicemail directory will work.
However, the IC directory shows one entry...
