Unable to Restrict using NCOS
System is Release 5.0. Unsure if restrcitions were working earlier. NCOS restrictions are Not functioning for any of the phones. All phones are ABLE to dial all numbers. There is no SPN/NPA config. All are configured as TSC - Trunk Steering Codes. The CLS of the phone has TGAR 1, CLS TLD. And...- intelligentium

Call forward Name Display
Hey Guys, I have a scenario where A 1000 calls B 2000 (which is Manual CFWD to C 3000) . Call lands on C 3000. A -------> B CFWD -------> C 1000 2000 3000 A gets display as "C-name 3000 CFWD 2000" But C gets display as "B-name 1000 CFWD 2000" A getting name and number...- intelligentium

DECT TN's Show BUSY while doing a stat
Can anyone help. Dect TN's stat busy and appear twice at 1 and 26. While doing an LD 80 trac on the virtual TN, It shows IDLE. Have tried to out the VTN. But then while we do a stat again on the DMC again the 26 dmc unit is showing BUSY. .stat 96 0 7 00 = UNIT 00 = IDLE (DMC) 01 = UNIT 01...- intelligentium
