UCA Softphone outside the office - Requirements
I have a InterTel/Mitel 5000 with UCA 4.X. Softphone works inside the office. Not outside the office. Mitel tells me Telework licenses and server are not required for 5000 series. They mention nothing about vpn requirements. Can a UCA 4.X softphone work outside of the office without a VPN...- bethesdaadk
