    System Manager adding new user - what's next?

    Hello, I got my System Manager synced with AD, sync all good and completed. CM template and User Provisioning Rule were added. Now how do I add new user via the users from AD? Never tried this before it's all manual user add with the User Provisioning Rule. Any help is appreciated.

    MES 6.2 - Cannot SSH to Session Manager SIP Entity IP Address

    Contact Store 7.8 calls not showing up in the web browser

    I can see the calls recorded in the storage path/drive however i'm not able to see all when I replay calls in the web page. It only shows a portion of the calls but not all in a specific day. Any thoughts?
