CUCM v6.1.3.1000-16 Music On Hold uploads but no audio is heard
I am able to upload a .wav file on PUB, it converts and I get a "Translation Complete" but after I assign it there is no audio. We have 2 greetings that currently work, one is the sample. Norstar MICs to send 10 digits through PRI so 800# will allow call
We have a problem at our office in that we are unable to dial an 800# due to the requirement it needs 10 digits sent from our PBX. We are able to dial other 800#s and local and long distance.
