What I would like to do is to have whenever phone number 2063006 is called to go out on trunk group 1. However this is not working and I hope it's a simple fix. Any help would be greatly appreciated

The problem I am having is getting call pickup to work on one station. All the other stations are working just fine. they all have the same COS and same COR. I am add a loss, FYI I am a nortel guy, the definity feels familuar but with a twist.
