I have one agent in skill group 1 that, when a call rolls from skill group 2, she can not tranfer the caller. The tranfer option is not there. Other agents in skill group 1 can transfer calls that have rolled from skill group 2. This agent can tranfer calls that come in to her DID line.

Users get this XML error when the phone is just sitting idle. The screen then changes to display "Services". I have not found a document that specifically addresses what XML schema may be incorrect. Any thoughts?

Periodically the display on different phones in our network will automatically change to the Services screen. My phone has done this at approximatley the same time for 2 days in a row. Before that it, I never had it change and thought users were pressing keys they shouldnt. Any ideas?

Can a single CS1K MG support 2 Symposium Express servers? I have no more call treatments available on the primary system so was wondering if I can add another VSID for a second server.

I am getting ready to deploy UCCX. Anyone have recommendations for the type of phone to use for the agents? I have heard 6945, but I know the 7945 is compatible. We are using 7945s for standard business phones and 7965s for admin/exec phones. Anyone have a preference, or does it matter?

Mood Music (formerly Muzak) is requesting I install an AUX port to interface their MOH device to the CUCM. I thought the CUCM could only use wav files that were uploaded from an administrator or use an actual MOH server. Am I missing something?
