inbound calls ring to HG200 and "Out of Service" it's set HG 201. However it plays HG200 VM gteeting if unanswered by HG 201. Same happens it I use "night service" in HG200. Customer requires 200 and 201 to have VM's

When a call rings to a HG it automatically connects to the next logged in agent after 1 ring. No opportunity for the agent to not answer or ignore and no pushing of buttons. Any help will be appreciated
A new install of a 500V2 9.1 using 2 Combo cards. The POTS lines are coming from Verizon FIOS. I get alarms of the lines showing "Out of Service" through out the day. I've done a manual impedance match.

When the AA answers when any digit is pressed it immediately drops the call. If I call using a short code internally it works well, but not when calling in across the trunk.
The AA is built with several 1 digit options to go to various extensions.

Is there a way to have the IP Office send the email instead of the Windows 7 PC when using VM Pro. I'm having no success sending email via VM Pro on a Win 7 PC.

IPO R7 TAPI was doing fine on Windows 7 and stopped on Windows 8. Switch back to 7 and all is well. Will upgrading to the latest 9.0 fix this. Also a CTI software has not been needed yet but reading 9.0 it say it's required for all 3rd party apps.

While on hook the phone seems to work fine. When the handset is lifted it is dead and the phone resets. The handset has been replaced as well as all cables. Any suggestions would be appreciated.

I have read many post about the C110 and have successfully avoided it until now. Is it a dependable, quality product? Or is it advisable to stay with Pro and a PC. Any opinions on this topic will be appreciated.
