    Inbound works, but outbound is call rejected! help!

    No inbound caller ID on PRI

    I have a PRI installed in a 403 box which provides 24 lines. Outgoing caller ID works fine. However, when external numbers call in to us, it always comes up as anonymous. I have been getting complaints...any ideas on how to fix this?
