We are trying to set up some general mailboxes that would light the MWI on multiple phones But when the mailbox is reached it prompts you with the message "I have found 2 matches for [username] Press 1 for....".
I would like the call to just go straight to the main mailbox number's greeting...
I know I can load a custom MOW file to the AAC7 server and that is all pretty straight forward. But there is a button on the page to force the media servers to update to the new file and I'm curious if using that button causes a service interruption or not (and if so about how long).
Anyone know?
