    Polycom VTC rings 12 times before connecting

    We have a Polycom HDX 9000 running over ISDN on a CS1000E PBX. Incoming and Outgoing calls take a long time (~10 - 12 rings)before connecting. Once connected, all is fine at 384k rate. Does anyone now how to remedy this situation.
