    Callpilot no meassage

    I have A customer with a mailbox that will not play meassages. the caller leaves a meassage and in calpilot reporter it show it in the mailbox and the light lights. the user logs in to play the meassage and gets nothing. 76 delets it.

    Err5603

    Just upgraded a CPPM 5.5 to Rls 7.5 Cores and am getting alot of Err5603 errors. Went to Avaya web site and found something about upgrading the firmware on the GALC to AB11. Not sure were to find the firmware or how to upgrade it anyone run into this? Thanks. Z

    7.5 to 7.0

    We have a need to go form 7.5 to 7.0 has anyone done this? we need to test our voicemail system on both . we have 7.5 now and are working on getting 7.0.
