    Setting up a IP set for the first time

    Hi all, I have a BCM50 R3 and have purchased a IP Seat. Has anyone got a guide to set it up. I want to use a IP 2002 phone and the BCM sits behind a ADSL router so doesn't do DHCP. Any help would be great. Thanks

    Internal Analog Set Recall Question

    I have an BCM50 with 2 Internal Analog sets. How can I access features from the Analog sets. I know with an ATA2 you use the 'Recall' button, but this doesn't happen on the Analog set, have I missed a setting ? whenIi press Recall followed by *I just get NU tone. Andy

    ATA2 No CLI Being Seen

    Hi All, I have Installed an ATA2 which the Customer has put a DECT phone on. I can't get the CLI to work when an incomming call comes in. I have read that the ATA2 does support CLI. Is there a specific configuration for line access programming on the ATA2 Set ? Many thanks.

    ATA2 Question

    Hi all, I have fitted an ATA to a BCM50 R3. I want the Analogue Phone connected to the ATA2 to just pickup line 1 when lifted, I don't want to press 9 first. Can this be done? Any help would be great. Mant thanks
