this company has Avaya Partner system and voice mail. nothing else.

I have created a mailbox with cos ..XX... bulleting board, ext.xxxxx has a coverage path to VM. when I call ext. xxxxx it goes to vm and waits a few seconds and then it says "good bye" any ideas what am i doing wrong?

I have a Mitel 3300. i have two exts ringing in the wrong place....ex. 1234 ringing on 5678 and 5678 ringing on 1234. I administer this system remotely. is there a way to swap exts remotely?

i have a mitel 3300, I have a request from one of the managers to run a report on a ext. she would like to know how many calls this number gets, when does it roll over to another ext. i am not even sure if this is doable... any ideas?

I have a Avaya partner system.I have set up the night mode button on ext. 10 but when the light is ON calls come through..... when night button light is OUT calls go to the voice mail..... I do not know how to reverse this button ....any ideas.
